A 27-year-old Norwegian native, Julie Tollefsen hails from Oslo. She is a Norwegian fashion designer and makeup artist by profession. Graduated from the Oslo campus of the Graduate School of Fashion Arts and Techniques (ESMOD).
She was 27 years old when she was crowned Miss Norway 2023 on August 5, 2023. On November 18, 2023, she will represent Norway at Miss Universe 2023 at the Gimnasio Nacional José Adolfo Pineda in San Salvador, El Salvador.
